Pegaso Industries will be present at the Chinaplas 2023 fair which will be held in Shenzhen from 17 to 20 April.

Chinaplas represents the most important appointment to present to the Asian market the main innovations in the auxiliary automation field for the transformation of plastic materials in the automotive, medical, beverage, packaging, electronics and cosmetics sectors.

The group has been present in the continent since 2006 when our subsidiary Plastic Systems Shanghai CO. LTD. was established, a reference point for the entire Asia-Pacific region.

Among the different technologies on display there will be:

• DAC series mini dryers – compact solution for the treatment of small quantities of hygroscopic polymers, which can be installed directly on the transforming machine.

• DW series wheel dryers – maximum efficiency and work versatility on medium production thanks to the rotor technology, capable of maintaining a constant -50°C Dew Point value.

• New DUG continuous loss-in-weight doser – designed to obtain optimal, efficient and versatile dosing thanks to the patented double load cell solutions which ensures an accuracy of 0,1% on the hourly production.

• DGB series gravimetric batch dosers – 5 models in various configurations that can dose up to 4 different materials capable of covering productions up to 720 kg/h.

• PM series centralized systems suction units – equipped with the Speed Control function capable of automatically regulating the conveying speed of the granule, avoiding the deterioration of the polymer.

• Furthermore, for the first time, we will present our new remote technical assistance service through the use of a unique product, a particular viewer designed specifically for the industrial sector.

This, by exploiting the advanced features of Augmented Reality and Artificial Intelligence, provides companies with a deeply collaborative environment to present any product, train staff and solve problems quickly, in total safety.

It supports and guides technicians in their activities, to improve quality, effectiveness and safety, collaborating remotely and transferring company skills and know-how.

Introduces a new dimension to training activities by delivering immersive and virtual training sessions in an innovative, secure and collaborative way.

Expands the concept of collaboration, allowing companies to interact with customers remotely, to share and present any content interactively in real time
